Purpose of the service
AODAChecker offers a high-level overview of one public page without an account. A free account unlocks the detailed audit of that page and its reports; paid monitoring covers one owner account, one legal entity and up to 3 active domains. It records client declarations and offers drafts and limited analyses. It does not provide certification, legal advice, accredited training, website fixes or government filing.
Responsibilities and authorization
You must be authorized to provide information and request scans. You remain responsible for procedures, training, fixes, approvals and filings. Access to authenticated websites or unauthorized third-party domains is not permitted. Abuse may lead to a reasoned suspension.
Payment and period end
Ontario monitoring costs USD 49 per monthly allowance period, before applicable taxes. Up to 3 active domains share 25 total page analyses per period. One page is used when the scanner accepts its analysis. The current one-time payment does not renew automatically. Adding another allowance costs the full price: remaining pages are kept, the new lot is added after confirmed payment and a new one-month period starts on the purchase date. New premium processing stops at the end of the period; a 30-day recovery window is offered.
Refunds and support
Send refund requests or payment discrepancies to billing support with the invoice reference. Requests are considered in light of the service delivered and applicable mandatory rights; no automatic refund or waiver of those rights is promised. Asynchronous support covers software use, without a human audit or website fixes.
Availability and changes
Errors and outages are possible. The service does not promise a numerical SLA or protection from penalties. Accepted legal versions are recorded; material changes must be communicated. Applicable law and complete operator identity must be validated before sales.
